The purpose of the Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support, interpret and implement basic rules and regulations, policies and procedures in the day to day operations of the Business Unit. Assist in the coordination of the department staff services, such as personnel, purchasing, budget tracking, payroll, and other office management duties. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for creating memos and reports to for submission to Upper Management and above. Will assist with the hiring process for new hires to include but not limited to scheduling interviews, onboarding process, and scheduling training. At times, will represent the business unit in meetings and to convey meeting minutes to the business unit.
The Senior Staff Analyst reports to the Assistant Director of Air Service Development and is expected to achieve executing the delivery of all activities required throughout the Houston Airport System. This role is responsible to compile all necessary data and analyses into comprehensive business cases. This position develops annual enplanement forecasting model. Compiles and develops detailed, compelling business cases for air service development discussions with target airlines. Evaluates data sources to identify potential new sources providing value. Completes ad-hoc requests for data and/or in-depth analyses for internal and external stakeholders. Provides operational cost estimates for potential airlines using rates established each Fiscal Year by Finance. Develops internal airline performance monitoring tool. Creates presentations as needed for conferences, local speaking engagements, or meetings. Represents the Air Service Development team at tradeshows, conferences, and meetings, as needed. Make formal presentations during meetings and/or give speeches to larger groups. Manages monthly Air Service Incentive Program (ASIP) and tracking. Monitors and updates Air Service Development information on Fly2Houston.com and Connect (Houston Airport System Intranet). Provides support for Air Service Development team members by writing memos or letters, creating support documents and any other communications as needed. Manages the annual approval process required for access to US Department of Transportation data (US DOT RITA data certifications). “Must be able to pass a criminal background check, obtain and maintain federally mandated security clearances where required.”
Pro Street Houston is looking for a skilled Auto Mechanic to take a lead role in our shop. The ideal candidate will be able to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical system issues. They will also be able to lead and advise junior mechanics in basic repairs. Previous lead mechanic experience is not a requirement. If you are ready to step into a leadership role, this may be the opportunity you are looking for.
We are a small, busy shop and can offer you a wide variety of vehicles to work on. It’s not all brake jobs and oil changes. We also have race cars and classics with their own special challenges, which keeps it interesting and fun.
We are closed on weekends, but Saturday work is usually available if you want more hours.
DePelchin is seeking a licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT to provide individual, family and group therapy in the greater Houston area. This is a home-based position and most services will be provided in community-based locations (center, school, clinics, etc.). The Staff Clinician will assess, diagnose and provide therapeutic interventions for DePelchin’s Prevention clients and families assigned area. This person must be able to manage time and work demands well, balancing the needs of clients, staff, and organization; communicate effectively, verbally and in writing; work collaboratively with fellow staff and referral sources; and be able to deal with problems of moderate complexity that require an above average level of problem-solving ability.
